Tokyo Room finder is a free matching service. We connect tenants with accommodation owners. Once the tenant and the owner are in contact, they exchange directly about accommodations details, reservation process and payment. By interacting directly, tenants and owner have the opportunity to complete reservations very quickly with no third or fourth party involved.
Please note that we do not manage the property directly, except from the properties listed below.
With the Basic Service, Tokyo Room Finder team does not involve in the reservation process. This will be handled directly between owners and tenants, though we are not responsible for any issue that may occur after being connected with the owner.
