I really wanted to talk about my experience at GIRAFFE Japan, especially the daytime family-friendly activities that anyone can enjoy. What I love most is that this place is amazing both during the day and at night, which makes it a perfect hangout for travelers and people living in Osaka. You get a mix of chill, culture, entertainment, and nightlife all in one place.
This part seriously blew me away. The VR show was a unique combination of traditional Japanese culture and J-pop music. It started with an intro to Japanese culture and the art of Noh theatre, which is a beautiful form of Japanese entertainment that combines drama and dance.
After that, I got to see VR YouTubers performing songs originally sung by artists like Ado, SPYAIR, and others. The visuals were amazing, and the energy was high. I was learning about Japan and dancing in my seat at the same time! It struck the perfect balance between education and fun. If you’re into tech and pop culture, this VR experience in Osaka is something you absolutely shouldn’t miss.

Variety Show
The comedy show totally caught me off guard. I honestly expected something basic or maybe geared toward a younger audience, but nope—my friend and I laughed harder than we have in a long time. We were both in a bit of a slump that day, and this show completely turned things around. It was so good!
The MC had great energy, and the acts were incredibly diverse and entertaining. I wasn’t expecting to see so many different styles of performance in one night.

And honestly, there was even more I can’t describe—it’s really something you have to see for yourself. The entire variety show was created by EBIKEN, who many might recognize as the winner of America’s Got Talent with his Matrix-style performance. That alone makes this Osaka show worth checking out.
